3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) se tic <br /> tank usage on site. There are two existing homesites and a fruitstand. As stated prior, the site <br /> � will include a 3,000 square foot gas station, an 18,000 square foot hotel, and a 53,000 square feet <br /> F of commercial/retail area, if the rezone classification is approved. Septic systems will need to be <br /> designed for each use. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: <br /> { <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 110 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal <br /> Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and <br /> Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> ✓4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers <br /> typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br /> requirements.
