Highway 88 , Clements , <br /> CA 95227 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property . <br /> Three permits were found . The septic systems were <br /> installed between July 30, 1974 and August 4 , 1977 . <br /> In addition, one located at 17433 E . Highway 88 was <br /> repaired April 20, 1980 . There have been no problems <br /> since . <br /> Existing Use : <br /> The existing 86 . 00' acre parcel is in walnuts with <br /> one residence . <br /> Percolation Test : <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in <br /> the "Manual Septic Tank Practice" published by the <br /> U. S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare <br /> and per requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District . <br /> On April 5 , 6 , 1992 , two percolation tests were <br /> performed by me on the above referenced property <br /> in conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No . 549. The approximate location of the test holes <br /> is shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because depth to <br /> water is in excess of 130 ' . <br /> Parcel No. 1 had a percolation rate of 30 minutes <br /> per inch and the remainder parcel had a percolation <br /> rate of 14 minutes per inch. <br />
