The land grades gently to the west. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40 <br /> or R-R. The AG-40 zone is general agriculture,minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation_,"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial <br /> agriculture enterprises" (www:co:san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005):The-R-R zone is rural residential. This <br /> zoning designation "is intended to provide for large lot rural homesites within or adjacent to existing <br /> Rural Communities.
