Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be, <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> employees and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This <br /> must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2(d))- A review fee of$178.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water Nvells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7), <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of proposed employees and customers the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,plot on plan <br /> the 100% designed septic system replacement area to be set aside for future repair. <br /> NOTE: Septic Permit#3492 for existing restrooms may be in a truck traffic area. <br />
