Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be, modified. A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed employees and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d))- A review fee of$178.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The existing private water Nvells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.7), C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of proposed employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,plot on plan the 100% designed septic system replacement area to be set aside for future repair. NOTE: Septic Permit#3492 for existing restrooms may be in a truck traffic area.
