Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Forward Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600165 to the Board of Supervisors with a <br /> recommendation for approval based on the ability to make the required "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification." <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification <br /> Development Title Section 9-812.4 states that prior to approving an application for a Zone <br /> Reclassification, the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors shall determine that all of the <br /> following are true: <br /> a) The proposed zone is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plans, and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan; <br /> • The parcel has a General Plan designation of CIG (General Commercial); the <br /> C-G (General Commercial)zone is an implementing zone of this General Plan <br /> designation. The parcel has met the minimum requirements for infrastructure services. <br /> There are no applicable Master Plans or Specific Plans in the vicinity. <br /> b) The proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at the time. <br /> The proposed Zone Reclassification is reasonable and beneficial at this time as the <br /> parcel has met the infrastructure requirements for the C-G zone (General Commercial) <br /> and has a General Plan designation of CIG (General Commercial). <br /> San Joaquin County PA-08001651Diede Construction <br /> Community Development Page 5 <br />
