Box 1007 Woodbridge, CA95258 Re: APN 051-310-29& 47 To Whom It May Concern, The above referenced property is within the boundaries of the Lockeford Community Services District. The District currently has available water and sewer capacity and facilities to serve this commercial development, subject to compliance with applicable District ordinances, resolutions and regulations. This will-serve commitment is effective only if the following criteria are met: 1)Execution of a mainline extension agreement between Lockeford CSD and Diede Construction for the commercial development,which shall include, but not be limited to, the construction by Diede Construction of all sewer and water mains and related facilities to serve this commercial development. 2)Pull payment of sewer and water connection fee's(amount to be determined) at the time of execution of mainline extension agreement between Lockeford CSD and Diede Construction. 3) The developer, Diede Construction Inc. to deposit a developer fee of$10,000 with the Lockeford CSD to cover engineering and legal fee's incurred by the District during this proiecc. 4) A final map for this project is recorded within three years from the date of this letter. Thereafter,this will-serve commitment shall terminate and become null and void. This will-serve commitment shall terminate and become null and void upon written notice frorn the District to the owner or developer at the above listed address that the owner or developer has failed to comply with any provision of the District ordinances, resolutions or regulations.
