A. A oil Suitability.Study/Nitrate.l.uading Study indicating that clic i1t43 1` suitable.for S4'17tIC taiik usage must be perfornicd prior to parcel/final map as required by Section 9-1 105.2(cl)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate Wdiitg study is required,yin arc view fee of S 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. (Effective August 1, 2003, the review fee will he $465.00). 'There is a 21-day minimum review period for all soil studies. The savage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage stand'ard5 of Sun Joaquin Coul ty prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank: practice or L.F.A. Design Manual 1"or onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required fir each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. (Effective August 1,2003,the permit fee will be$93.00). k + NOT l:: Septic area must moot the San.Joaquin County Sewage Standards, section 103.8 for design and location of leach field. R. A sewage disposal arca is indicated by the septic tank,:soil suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on tJte final subdivisions improvement plans(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Ilealth Dcpartment is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.3).
