A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate`Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to parcel/final map as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, and a review <br /> fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> (Effective August 1, 2003, the review fee will be $465.00). There is a 21-day minimum <br /> review period for all soil studies. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.F.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (Effective August 1, 2003, the permit fee will be $93.00). <br /> NOTE: Septic area must meet the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, section 10.3.8 for <br /> design and location of leach field. <br /> B. A sewage disposal area is indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivisions improvement plans (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: All wells shall have a minimum of 200-feet grout seals. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
