Other requirements may also apply. 'These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A, A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report,identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems,or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is <br /> contamination, corrective action shall be taken,as recommended in the report and concurred <br /> with by F,nvirortmenial Health prior to issuance of the building permit{San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). A fee of$186.00 is due at time of submittal. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> parcellfinal map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)), A Nitrate <br /> Loading Study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or F..P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and-disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fce of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> r <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
