CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-3 <br /> Cliff Morin <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be compiled with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor, <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps, <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). The dwellings on both lots can be no larger than three <br /> bedrooms and are not to exceed 1100 square feet. <br /> b. Connect to an approved public water supply system as required by Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2. Prior to recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment, a letter from <br /> the water supplier will be required which states that the have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1100.3) <br /> NOTE: On February 14, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> LA-94-3 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
