Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans for State Highway 12 & 88 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 2 . A Traffic Study is required to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigations for the intersections and roadways in the vicinity <br /> and to determine the trip generation from this development. <br /> All mitigations required by the Traffic Study shall be made by <br /> the applicant.
