SA-94-24 OF GEORGE <br /> GALATSATOS (C/O MIKE SMITH ENGINEERING) <br /> -------------------------------------------------- -------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to permit the <br /> construction of a 1,975-square foot gas station and mini-mart <br /> convenience store. The project site is located on the east side <br /> of State Route 88, 2 , 370 feet north of Brandt Road in Lockeford <br /> and is proposed to be served by the following facilities: public <br /> water and sewage disposal by the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District and storm drainage to an existing retention pond on an <br /> adjacent parcel. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and tentatively intends to approve it <br /> subject to the following Conditions of Approval. The Conditions <br /> of Approval will be finalized and an action taken following <br /> review of a revised Site Plan that the applicant has indicated <br /> will be submitted. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance <br /> of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> E date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in farce. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements.
