Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for <br /> or be in plats, as evidenced by a letter from the Lockeford Community Service District. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120-1 <br /> of ,he San Joaquin County Tlev-loument Title. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required statin- that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> 7 <br /> ee[s State standards prior to re- <br /> cording the final map.
