SJCEHD has <br /> asked that we discuss whether the hilly terrain can support a home, sewage disposal system, and <br /> I well in accordance with San Joaquin County standards. <br /> I I� <br /> Based on San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Disposal Standards, the grade of each leach <br /> line must not be greater than 3 inches per 100 feet of length. As a result, any sewage disposal <br /> systems constructed on a slope would need to be laid out following (parallel) the elevation <br /> contours of the hill. !� <br /> . rf <br /> It is our opinion that homes and wells may be constructed within each parcel.
