Schenor e, who was assisted by the project'architect, `LesoVsky- <br /> Donaldson, drew the physical layout based on the schematic design. The layout <br /> (Attachment C) was reviewed and approved by San Joaquin County.. The settling tank <br /> was upgraded from,"!200 gallons to,2000 gallons at this time, as it had already been <br /> included in Parrish's proposal. <br /> A building-permit was issued to Parrish (Attachment D): 'San Joaquin County EHD Staff <br /> made numerous trips to the site'to'inspect the installation and witness various 1 <br /> performance tests: The systemreceived final inspection by EHD in February of 2004. <br /> Additional-fees were charged (Attachment E)to Parrish for'the large amount of time <br /> spent reviewing and .inspecting the construction-and testing of the installed system. <br /> As built drawings were approved by (Attachment'F) Carl'Buress at D.A Parrish.
