A detailed description of the dispersal area vegetative cover. b. By 17 July 2004,the Discharger shall submit and implement an eration and Maintenance(OW Plan for the wastewater system. The O&M Plan shall instruct personnel on how to manage the day-today discharge operations to comply with the terms and conditions of this Order and how to make adjustments,as necessary, to preclude nuisance conditions(e_g.,surfacing water)- It shall also include a nuisance condition troubleshooting flowchart and a description of notification requirements. A copy of the O&M Plan shall be kept at the facility for reference by operating personnel. Key personnel shall be familiar with its contents. The O&M Plan shall include the following documents as report appendices: i.
