Per our discussion attached is a <br /> copy of the Memo written by Chesney Consulting dated March 1, 2003 which <br /> addresses your request for Information. <br /> Today we also discussed the possibility of adding two future candy cooling tables:::- <br /> These tables are typically 3 x 8 ft. stainless steel water jacketed tables- Tap water`ls <br /> circulated to cool candy fillings and then dumped overboard. Use would be occasional <br /> only. The table has a 1/" NPT connection to which both hot and cold water are plumbed <br /> with ball valves and a temperature gauge. I was proposing that Nve could-dump that <br /> water into the storm drain to prevent additional load on the septic system. I have <br /> requested water flow Information on the future cooling tables from the manufacturer. <br /> will forward as soon as I get a reply. <br /> Don Chesney's memo accurately describes our waste disposal and typical water usage. <br /> Please note we only have one 60 gallon kettle with provisions being installed for one <br /> additional kettle In our hot pack area. This area is approximately 1900 ft2. The <br /> chocolate manufacturing area uses virtually no water. Only occasional washing of <br /> molds and hand tools is done in this area. This area is approximately 3,000 ft2. The <br /> balance of our facility Is warehouse, shipping, and offices. <br /> If you have additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
