2.) Initially, the proposed project was to be built on three parcels comprising an area of <br /> approximately one acre. This confined the wastewater primary disposal and reserve areas, and <br /> would have severely This <br /> the size of the project. Consequently, Mr. Schenone recently <br /> purchased an additional 2,6 acres directly east of the initial project property for a possible future <br /> building with its own septic system, and 100% reserve wastewater disposal areas for the buildings <br /> on the original property and for this potential future building. <br /> 3.) The underlying groundwater from the City of Clements drinking water aquifers was analyzed for <br /> the current nitrate and alkalinity concentrations which were found to be an vim' low concentrations. <br /> 4.) Design details of the septic system components to manage the anticipated flows are provided, <br /> and illustrate wastewater management and operational feasibility. All improvements to the <br /> subject properties will comply with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Regulations and Standards, <br /> II. SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY FINDINGS <br /> A. SUBJECT PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING STUDY AREA INFORMATION <br /> The property is located in the northeast corner of Highway 88 and Mackville Road (411 Street). 1 <br /> The only improvement made to subject parcels is an existing brick building built in the 1800s and <br /> used as an International Order of Oddfellows (IOOF) meeting hall. A crude septic system <br /> currently serves this building.
