Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permits) as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. The study shall attempt to <br /> identify, quantify, and incorporate the waste stream for this project. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. (Effective August 1, 2003, the review fee will be $465.00). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to issuance of building permit(s). A percolation test that meets absorption rates <br /> of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. (Effective August 1, 2003, the permit fee will be $93 per <br /> percolation hole). <br /> B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> O <br /> Page I of 2 <br /> fCl-d <br />
