Lukas APN: 019-240-35 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Sixth Street has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 88 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within Sixth Street right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> �. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $143.38 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.)
