Connection to a public sewer system Is required (Ordinance Code Section 9- <br /> 10002). <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> C. If the well for the dwelling remains on the parcel and is not destroyed than an <br /> approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system must be <br /> installed; California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> d. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits.
