DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance, of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the. lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's- Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> i <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are ! <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal . <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9--872 .4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3. PUBLIC. HEALTH SERVICES I <br /> a. If the well for the dwelling remains on the parcel and is: <br /> not destroyed than an approved backflow prevention device <br /> on the water supply system must be installed. <br /> (California .Code of Regulations, Title 17 , Section 7603) I <br /> d. Submit three (3) sets of food facility construction plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, <br /> Section 5-2400. <br /> f. Demolish all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill- <br /> site in accordance with San Joaquin County ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5--2401. <br /> Note: The Improvement Plan for DP-92-40 will not be approved until <br /> it correlates with the Lot Line Adjustment. <br />
