Development Committee -4- <br /> 9. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> I . A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> State Route 88 (Waterloo Road) shall be installed <br /> across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020 . 7) <br /> 2 . All areas not used for buildings, parking, <br /> driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 7) <br /> h. ACCESS, FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS, DEDICATION AND <br /> CIRCULATION: <br /> 1. Driveway access, frontage improvements and <br /> dedication shall be as required by Caltrans. <br /> i. SIGNS: The signs for this project shall conform to the <br /> sign plan submitted with the Site Plan dated May 21, <br /> 1997 with the exception of the I .D. sign in the <br /> landscaped median which shall not exceed 30 square <br /> feet. Signs shall be setback a minimum of five (5) <br /> feet from the ultimate right-of-way for State Route 88 <br /> (Waterloo Road) . (Development Title Section 9-1705 . 6, <br /> 7-1710. 2 (g) and 9-1710 .4 (e) & (j ) ) <br /> j . SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> 1. A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in <br /> height shall be erected along the north and east <br /> property lines of APN 087-160-6 and 087-160-15 , <br /> respectively. The wall along the easterly <br /> property line may be deferred by an executed <br /> agreement until APN 087-160-15 is developed <br /> residentially. <br /> k.
