The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NGVD. <br /> In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidia of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. <br /> The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> DV-97-02 <br /> None <br /> SA-97-33 <br /> 1 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $159.10 per additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area.
