State Route 88, Stockton, CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have <br /> been made for any improvements required by the agency and that the <br /> agency has or will have the capacity to serve,the development. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 2. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by <br /> Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> a. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> meets State standards prior to recording the final map. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 3. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground holding <br /> system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. (ORD/EHD) <br /> 4.
