The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title i <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> i <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a sixty five(85)foot tall illuminated pole sign with a maximum <br /> face area of 200 square feet and seven (7)attached wall signs as shown on the Plan dated October <br /> 12,2004. The following wall signs shall be permitted per elevation: <br /> (1) North Elevation: <br /> A. Four(4)signs with a maximum of 121 square feet. <br /> (2) East Elevation: <br /> A. Two(2)signs with a maximum of 61 square feet. <br /> (3) West Elevation: <br /> A. One(1)sign with a maximum of 30 square feet. <br /> c. SIGNS: All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5)feet from any future right-of- <br /> way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> d. SIGNS. No additional advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> 2.
