Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> I <br /> a. Removal of existing UGTs. <br /> b. Installation of new UGTs. <br /> 7. The existing wells shall be tested according to Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations and be put under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. <br /> 8. Any soil removed from the existing leach field must be removed from the site to <br /> an approved disposal facility. <br />
