Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. t <br /> 1. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2. Abandon appropriately as necessary and relocate the existing septic system under <br /> a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 4. State on revised pians or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 5.
