I <br /> Referral, Page Three <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title. 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> d. <br /> I <br /> 4 . This use does not qualify for a home occupation because the <br /> use changes the occupancy from a ( ) <br /> to a ( � , <br /> a. <br /> 5. A one hour firewall shall be provided on the <br /> property line(s) prior to recording the Record of Survey (lot <br /> line adjustment) . <br /> 6. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage, <br /> requirements of emergency vehicle access and adequate water <br /> for fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with <br /> Section 10.207, Section 10.310 and Sections 87. 103 of the 1988 <br /> Uniform Fire Code. The construction plans shall indicate a Class "C" listed or <br /> non-combustible roof covering for structures located within <br /> fire hazard severity zones. <br /> S . Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 9 . A recorded utility easement is required on the new parcel (s) . <br /> 10 . All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment fees must be <br /> paid to the City of Stockton Public works <br /> Department prior to <br /> P <br /> E the issuance of a Building Permit. If not already installed, <br /> provide separate sewer laterals for each newly created parcel. <br />
