Development Committee -4- <br /> 3 . The parking area shall be landscaped as specified <br /> in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The <br /> parking area shall be provided with a minimum of <br /> five percent (5%) of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Three (3) <br /> trees shall be planted and evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. A five foot planting <br /> strip is required along the easterly property <br /> line. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 5) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> 1. A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in <br /> height shall be erected along the north and east <br /> property lines of APN 087-160-6 and 087-160-15, <br /> respectively.
