Apparently only one employee will be working at this <br /> I site involving approximately 6 to 20 trips per week. Future site development or changes in use <br /> will require our additional review. However, for the proposed use, we have the following <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. A dedication of 50-feet from centerline along the State Route 88 (SR 88) right <br /> of way the entire length of the property's frontage; <br /> 2. An encroachment permit is required; <br /> 3.
