Improvements, restrictions and permits for State Highway Route 88 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> f <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $742.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Warehouse or$151.96 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Stockton area.
