r p� <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> LA-00-70 <br /> Navone <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-69 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on October 18, 2000, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on April 19, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley,468-3161) <br /> a) APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment Recorded shall substantially conform to the <br /> Tentative Map dated September 21, 2000. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c) LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> 1) Parcel one shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.4) <br /> 2) Parcel two shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.4) <br /> 3) Parcel one shall have a minimum lot area of 40 acres and Parcel two shall have a <br /> minimum lot area of 2 acres.
