Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified, <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$179.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> Count-,,r prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tariI, practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel.
