Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
