PC: 4-15-93 <br /> SA-93-3 <br /> a, A grading plan shalt be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspectlon,Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the Information Usted in the TIBC, Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading In excess of 5,000, cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 of <br /> 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' <br /> (4) AN recommendations-Of the soft engineer shall be incorporated in the grading <br /> plaits. <br /> (5) AN compaction reports must be submitted to a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) AN grading pemtits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7y AN grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> WkO64 permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> c.. The Consmx:don Site Plan shall indicate the folkwing- <br /> (1) Provide parldng for the physically hwWftpped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR,Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide Identification signs for the parking spaces, including the"tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR, Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 'h inch per foot (CCR, Title 24). <br /> d.
