Constmcdon of an individual domestic water well for 13361 E. Fairchild Lane under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 54100) <br /> L Destroy or properly seal the existing domestic well to the North of the house located at <br /> 13361 E. Fairchild Lane under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4207). <br /> j. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of die Parcel Map. Samples are to betaken and <br /> run by a Stato4pproved hub. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> k. If floor drams are required, they must be plumbed through a sandloil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground systmn approved by the Bavuva mental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engine. If the above ground bolting <br /> facu7ity bad to be emptied you fust would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material. You can obtain specific test requirements from the Haviroumental Health <br /> Division. <br />
