Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> d� usage must be performed prior to recording of Final/Parcel Map as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> v�rL� and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> .County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B.
