The subject property is currently one parcel. At the eastern end of the parcel ( along Fairoaks Road) is a single family residence which is to remain after the property is split. The remainder of the property is currently planted in cherries. To the north of the subject property is another single family residence which is surrounded by cherry trees. To the south of the subject property is vacant land which is bounded to the south by Bates Court. To the east of the subject property is Fairoaks Road. East of Fairoaks Road are more single family residences. To the west of the subject property is more agricultural land. A map with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A. A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. III.
