Improvement plans, specifications and engineer's estimate <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and are subject to plan <br /> check, field inspection fees and must be approved by Caltrans. <br /> e) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application.
