The Waste Discharge Identification Number (WDID), issued by <br /> SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. Contact the SWRCB at (916) 341-5537 <br /> for further information. <br /> (10) Applicant shall comply with the SWRCB Order No. 2014-0057-DWQ, "General Permit for <br /> Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities." The WDID number issued by <br /> the SWRCB shall be submitted to Public Works. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> i. A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) for information. <br /> ii. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention <br /> of mosquitoes. A <br /> review fee based on the current fee schedule must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee is required for each percolation hole. The permit fee will be <br /> based on the current fee schedule at the time of development. <br /> b) Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> c) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Nitrate <br /> Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> PA-1700052 (SA) Amended Conditions of Approval 6 <br />
