All food by products and food wastes shall be handled as solid wastes and not be disposed of into the <br /> septic system. A garbage disposal or grinder should not be installed in the kitchen. <br /> 2. All plumbing fixtures should be of the lowest flows possible. Faucets for feet washing must be spring <br /> loaded or infrared activated with timers and not allowed to run continuously. A water softener must <br /> not be installed on the domestic water supply line. <br /> 3. A water meter shall be installed on the service line entering into the facility to monitor and ensure <br /> water usage is not excessive. <br /> 4.
