Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Forest Lake Road and Collier Road shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a fifty(50)foot right of way rural road. <br /> 7. Drainage from the improved portion of each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch <br /> maximum depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer,an architect, or <br /> a licensed contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 8. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 9.
