Forest Lake Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> � 1 that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map/Certificate of <br /> Compliance. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of <br /> $196.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $98.00 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br /> '13. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map/Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> he abandoned well on Parcel #3 shall be brought back into service or destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
