The designated remainder parcel shall be labeled as "Designated Remainder" on the Parcel Man. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 4. A twenty-foot(20')wide proposed private access and public utility easement shall be provided for the <br /> benefit of Parcel 2. The requirement for this easement shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map and <br /> y a recur _ed_NotFce o -Minor Subdivision Restriction. Said easement is not created <br /> by this map. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than 1 acres, are required to obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of <br /> Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity(Construction General Permit, 99-08DWQ) <br /> (www.swreb.ca.gov/stormwtr/gon_const.html#const_permit). Construction activity subject to this permit <br /> includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does not <br /> include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the original line,grade, or capacity of the <br /> facility. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
