Fox Road,Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only,and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 1000/9 designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area <br /> D. Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that <br /> leach lines are not being driven over or parked on or are not too close to the proposed storm <br /> water retention basin. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and <br /> inspection with the Environmental Health DtpartmeaL The fee for the consultation <br /> permit is $190.00. <br />
