The water well is 25 ft from house and will be a least 20 ft from any structure that is built. <br /> 10. The septic tank is 75 ft from the well and 100 ft from leach lines,the well has been here for over 20 <br /> years, and septic for the house has been here for at least 30 years and was all inspected in July 2006. <br />
