This plan is broken down to Phase 1 and 2 <br /> A. Phase 1 is to be built 6months to 1 year <br /> B. Phase 2 is to be built I year to 2 year. <br /> 2. At the present time everything is soil with nothing built,except the excising <br /> Garages and storage Bins <br /> 3. The water well is 25 ft from house and will be a least 20 ft from any structure that is built. <br /> 10. The septic tank is 75 ft from the well and 100 ft from leach lines,the well has been here for over 20 <br /> years, and septic for the house has been here for at least 30 years and was all inspected in July 2006. <br />
