The <br /> proposed landscaping business will consist of off-site installation and maintenance of plant and garden <br /> materials. Proposed improvements include a wholesale nursery with accessory rock yard to be completed <br /> in two phases with twenty-eight (28) parking spaces. Phase One consists of an 800 square foot building <br /> for office and storage to be completed in eighteen (18) months. Phase Two consists of a 4,000 square <br /> foot building for storage along with storage bins to be constructed in thirty-six (36) months.
