Franklin Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> LOCATION: Property site is located in a high-volume traffic area, <br /> vehicle and pedestrian (youth and children included) . Property <br /> site is located one block south (less than a 3� minute walk) from <br /> public access to local liquor store, grocery store, pizza parlor, <br /> recycling station, and shopping. Property site is located one <br /> block west of a public elementary school . <br /> The nature of establishment and the location of property site <br /> warrant consideration for public/neighborhood safety and patient <br /> recovery at this project site. <br /> Surrounding property owners oppose a Use Permit to expand an <br /> existing group care facility ( a Residential Drug & Alcohol Treatment <br /> Facility) from 12 residents to a maximum of 21 residents at <br /> 3029 N.
