Franklin Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> LOCATION: Property site is located in a high-volume traffic area, <br /> vehicle and pedestrian (youth and children included) . Property <br /> site is located one block south (less than a 3� minute walk) from <br /> public access to local liquor store, grocery store, pizza parlor, <br /> recycling station, and shopping.
