Hatef: The South San Joaquin Irrigation District owns, operates and maintains irrigation and/or drainage facilities which znay provide service to the property described in the subject application. When property L'oundaries are changed, it is likely to affect the current method of water billing and water,delivery. In some cases,the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly lisped arcols. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others estab p without provisioas for irrigation service. Based upon the information provided in the referral,there may be a concern relative to the District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of irrigation are deEired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the District,prior to the completion of the process,to determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or easements in ordicr to accommodate the proposed boundary changes.
